Media and Devices
The core target group of the media center are the general education schools and day-care centers in the Herford district. Pedagogical specialists in these institutions can access an extensive rental range of educational media and digital media technology.
This offer is also limited to non-profit associations in the context of educational work.
Education media library NRW
The media are loaned via the NRW education media library, which is available nationwide. Here you can view the media inventory of the media center and stream or download all titles marked with the "Streaming+" label after logging in. More than ten thousand teaching media are already available for all subjects and school types. If you prefer DVDs or would like to borrow an older title, you can reserve them for collection via the Bildungsmediathek NRW.

Due to the persistently high demand, we ask you to plan an appropriate lead time and to reserve media and devices in good time.
For the first loan, we need a data sheet from you with the name of the institution, the address, the telephone number, the e-mail address and the name of the contact person. This can be a head bow from the school or day care center, for example.
